I want to thank you for bringing Lunna into my life. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is an amazing young woman. We found we have so much in common and swear we were related in another life. She is a hard worker and I will be proud to have her back not only as my house keeper but also as my friend.

The products she used were very nice. I can see that they were not harsh and they cleaned well. Luna did everything as I asked and was a huge help in getting me organized or at least getting me started. I would like to have her also to come back to help me in some other areas soon.

Thank you again and I have already recommended Merry Maids. I am sure not all of the folks are like Lunna. But I am confident they are trained well and are respectful of the homes they enter.

The cleaning service has relieved me of a lot of Stress

The woman that come and clean are lovely and sweet. I know cleaning houses isn’t easy (why I don’t do it), but it’s also not cheap. I have given up all the extra things in my life to have someone clean my house twice a month. The things that are supposed to be done every cleaning aren’t. They claim to clean floors on hands and knees and it’s never done. That doesn’t bother me as much as my back splash area in my kitchen not getting wiped down or trash not taken out when it was done the 1st 2 times. Baseboards are supposed to be cleaned and they aren’t. I am just disappointed. I can’t really afford this and I shouldn’t feel I need to clean after the team was just here. The communication is always great but I am disappointed with the level of cleanliness.

The merry maids are reliable. However, due to sensitivity to cleaning products with fragrance, I provide the green cleaning supplies.

The lady that has clean my house the last two times is incredible. She works hard gets done faster, and does a job that makes me 100% satisfied. If I can get her every time i’d love that. This is not to say but the other ones work great, this lady is just a step above.

The staff follow through with every promise. And the products have not damage any object in my home, plus the is just a fresh smell when the work is complete.
