I have been using the same cleaning company for over 8 years and decided to find a new cleaning team because of the bad service I was receiving. Merry Maids was the first company I called for an estimate and knew at once this was the company I wanted to clean my house and I was not disappointed. The cleaning ladies were the best I have seen they were very detailed and made sure everything was perfect before they left. My hardwood floors have never looked this good since my home was built. Excellent service!

Service was excellent. However, for the second cleaning week in a row, the cleaners left the door open when they left. When we returned on both times I only needed to push the door open as the latch was not engaged. When we leave after the cleaning people arrive we lock the door and it only needs to be closed until the latch engages. Please remind them to make sure the door is closed and they hear the latch click. Thanks, Name removed

Green products. Cleaners agree not to wear scented products. We can talk with Jenn and Teri when needed. Cleaners speak English so we can make wishes known.

I love having Tempie. She has been doing my house since we moved here 10 years ago
and even before that at our old house. Lately, Jess has been with her and I think she
does a great job also. I would be happy to have the two of them forever.

My house is always neat and tidy. My bed in my master bedroom always looks hotel perfect.

Though I have some issues in the past with attention to details/complete cleaning, Merry Maids have handled every issue well and took corrective action.

The ladies that clean (lead by Chelsea) are very thoughtful and kind. On several occasions, the ladies have gone above and beyond with little details that I greatly appreciate.

I have used Merry Maids for years. They are prompt helpful and my apartment is so very clean after they have been here.

The service is very good. The products I have noticed have changed. Not that I need to smell that it has been cleaned. I hope It just means more safer products for workers and customers are being used.

We've been very happy with your service. However, I feel it is imperative that you let the customer know if you're introducing a new cleaning product in our home such as the cinnamon scent used during our last cleaning. I have asthma and am seriously allergic to artificial scents. It took us several days to rid our home of the odor.

So nice to come home to a clean house! Professional and trustworthy.
