The office staff is very responsive to requests and inquiries. The cleaning staff is friendly, punctual and clean in an efficient manner.

3 - would have wanted the staff to let me know about two things:
a. why television wires were left hanging from the wall outlet; and,
b. that the piece of the lamp shade came off. Inadvertently, I throw away the piece not knowing what it was until much later. I could have fixed the shade if I had saved the piece.

Merry maids are very flexible and willing to work with schedules and problems.

We like the ladies that have come to work in our home. When they leave after cleaning every two weeks the house is sparkling and it leaves a nice fresh smell. We have been totally satisfied with Merry Maids service.

I like having Merry Maids in my home. The workers are polite and work diligently to complete in a timely manner. The house looks bright and smells very nice afterwards. Bathrooms sparkle. But mostly, I like that I don't have to worry about housework when I am busy doing other things. And, I do appreciate the team that comes to my home.

I am satisfied with the services provided except the middle cabinet on top of the microwave that seemed not well done. May be due to the height of the cabinet. They don’t have to come back to fix it but they can check it next visit. I have two tiers small ladder that they can use if necessary

Everything was quality, home smelled and looked great. It appeared as though my "office"(middle room) upstairs was not vacuumed?

The workers are friendly and respectful of my wishes. Also, they wear masks and are careful to clean surfaces as they finish work and leave the house.

The products give the house a fresh just cleaned smell.
