My sister and I used Merry Maids services in the past for my mother's house in New York, so I knew I was getting top notch service. I love the products used. My house looks and smells so clean, and most importantly I don't have to spent hours mopping, dusting, etc. Carmen and Angela did a fantastic job! I look forward to a long relationship with Merry Maids.

The office staff is very responsive to requests and inquiries. The cleaning staff is friendly, punctual and clean in an efficient manner.

3 - would have wanted the staff to let me know about two things:
a. why television wires were left hanging from the wall outlet; and,
b. that the piece of the lamp shade came off. Inadvertently, I throw away the piece not knowing what it was until much later. I could have fixed the shade if I had saved the piece.

I like having Merry Maids in my home. The workers are polite and work diligently to complete in a timely manner. The house looks bright and smells very nice afterwards. Bathrooms sparkle. But mostly, I like that I don't have to worry about housework when I am busy doing other things. And, I do appreciate the team that comes to my home.

I am satisfied with the services provided except the middle cabinet on top of the microwave that seemed not well done. May be due to the height of the cabinet. They don’t have to come back to fix it but they can check it next visit. I have two tiers small ladder that they can use if necessary
