Not having used a cleaning service before, not sure what I was expecting. But overall I'm quite pleased. Not totally happy about paying for smoke breaks, but since this was a 3-hour first cleaning, I suppose a break was to be expected. One person also spent time sitting around watching the other one work, but what the first one did seems to be fine.
I would expect more professionalism in later sessions as they will only be here for an hour, with much less heavy cleaning needed.

I love that my house is completely cleaned in an hour’s time, beds changed, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen counters cleaned, floor swept and mopped, all carpets vacuumed and the hardest part I think the dusting is done. I’ve had zero problems with the cleaning supplies and they bring everything they need, I never have to worry about having some ton hand for them.
Housekeepers are professional and very kind. The quality of work is great.
They clean with products that are mostly fragrance free or very low on chemical odors. We have the same team cleaning team every time so that they know us and what our special needs are.
On time, efficient, thorough, well-equipped, NOT intrusive, pleasant. I always feel better when they're finished. They cheerfully fulfilled my special request to vacuum my upholstered furniture.
