I like that you are consistent and there on the scheduled day time after time. I had private cleaning services in the past and often they were not available if someone was sick or had a personal issue and then my house did not get cleaned. Merry Maids has never had to go that route. Even when the regular team is not available they still send someone out to take care of my home. The products they use are fine. They do the trick. I always leave my own Endust dusting spray for them to dust the woodwork. I prefer that and the girls have no trouble using it as long as I leave the can out for them.
Even when I have to re-schedule cleaning from my regular set schedule, the new team seems to be able to do a great job.!
Love the clean house and really appreciate that none of the cleaning products have a harsh odor. I miss the cinnamon spray!

Sonia and Mirian do a superb job each and every time they come to our home; they don't use harsh chemicals per our request and they rarely, if ever, miss a spot, however, if they do, they're very quick to fix the problem and there's never any hard feelings. They are always courteous, professional and timely- we have zero complaints which is why we specify that we like this team to be the one to take care of our home.
First time using your services but I am not sure about the products. Accomplished a great deal in a short amount of time. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Although I expected dusting to include polish. They were willing to use my product when dusting. Based on the amount of work they accomplished, I am not sure I need the service more than once a month since it's just me and husband.
We just started the service. The house is as clean as I would have it if I were cleaning it myself, but I now have the time to do other things with the family. It's a great feeling.
