When they send my usual crew, I'm assured that it'll be done exactly as we've requested in the past. When they send new people though...you have to double check. They still do a good job, just not as good as your normal crew.

Cleaning staff very good. SONIA is the best. However office staff is not as organized when need to make changes in scheduling. Have been with the Same office for number of years.
