I like that I have a team of regulars - Sonya and Mirian usually; although I'll sometimes get one of them w/another person. But Sonya and Mirian know how I like things done and they make sure and do them well.
Prompt, friendly and professional! I love the fresh, clean Colored towels for each area.
My house was immaculate. I'll leave tips next service call. The only thing is that the maids forgot to lock the door leading from the garage.

Prompt, resilient, patient, thorough. The teams always find time to do a little extra, or show me more convenient ways to keep the house. The person who answers the phone always accommodates our housekeeping needs, changing dates, if necessary, sending calendars, etc. As some of the housekeepers speak Spanish as a first language, I am going to enroll in a Spanish-speaking course of study.
