Efficiency and good work. The house is always nice to come home to after MM have visited. We have our cleaners come on Wednesdays, because it's nice to come home in the middle of the week (hump day) tired after a long day of work and have a clean house to relax in. Always makes the weekend seem to come faster. More time to do what we want and enjoy our weekend without feeling the need to clean!

The consistency of the cleaning procedures and work sequence.
We do not have to provide equipment or supplies.
Cleaning products are excellent.
Cleaning crew is always pleasant and friendly.

Very very minor complaints:
Sometimes windows are left unlocked after cleaning sliding track.
Occasional requests to change cleaning time.

Excellent quality, consistency & reliability. Used Merry Maids since 2003, quarterly for 6 years, then monthly last 3 years. Requested and received same crew many years ago, so they know my house and cleaning needs with no explanation needed.

The people are friendly, reliable and efficient. No need to worry about accidents happening in the home - very careful!

I like that I never have to worry about a "No Show" I know that every week I will have someone at my door at about the same time every cleaning day. They don't waste time and they will do a thorough job and if I see something that needs to be done--they do it.
AND they arrive with a friendly smile.

Just a quick thank you to my "ladies" who put out items last Thursday that were stacked up ready to be put on shelves from which Christmas decorations had been removed. I had fallen and was on crutches and was having difficulty getting things done. They took it on themselves to put everything on the shelves; a relief for me right now when so much seems overwhelming.
