Punctuality professionalism and cleanliness

They are always friendly and then get to work.

Certain Merry Maids' teams do an excellent job. However, the results are not consistent as the teams vary. Last month I commented that the work done was the best in months. This time I have a list of 4-5 things that were not done up to Merry Maids usual standards. Try for consistency among cleaning teams.

Smells great, efficient, very friendly

The invisible trustworthy ladies show up at the time stated and when I get back the place is clean and the trash is gone. I do see them frm time to time - pleasant and helpful. Don't know much about the products but next time I see them I will ask for a description of each. The apt owners will be replacing the exterior windows and sliding doors and I am told things get dusty judging from the comments of residents that have already had this done. I will get drop clothes to cover what I can. Please have the ladies understand. Thank you ladies.
