The service was extremely thorough and the products used didn't leave behind any sort of sharp, "chemical" smell; it just smells clean in my house. Roxana and Jocelyin were so good, especially with my cats! I genuinely couldn't be happier with my service.

First and foremost, I like very much that you were using the excellent equipment which I have always used and not only do I need someone to do my cleaning for me. I have found a company that uses the vacuum cleaners, and also cleans the way I want my place cleaned. The two ladies who have come to me are excellent and I want nobody else but them please I don’t want to try anyone I will change if I’m forced to my day just make sure I get my two workers so it’s who you hire and what you use and how thorough they are that pleases me the most.

Everyone was friendly and the communication was excellent. The house looked clean and they even did a load of towels. That was a nice surprise.

What I don’t like is that the teams keep changing.

Ruth and Carolina did an excellent job. They were even able to clean the stove drip pans, and range hood filters, so I didn’t have to go out and buy new ones.
They did a very detailed cleaning and left the condo like new, even though my tenant had left a mess.

The Merry Maids are always on time, friendly and dedicated to doing a good job. The name fits the service provided by the Merry Maids.

Janet the assistant manager and Claudia and Antonia who came to my home were so kind and respectful. My apartment was a mess and they did such a wonderful job.

I haven't responded to your survey request in many years. Obviously, I like your service, as I've been a customer for 20+ years. Your main plus is consistent quality even as you rotate many different teams to my house. The reason I'm responding this time is because the team you sent on March 7th did a far better job than usual on my kitchen floor tile. I hope that becomes the new standard for that part of the job.

I am not sure of the products used in my home but I am sure that my home was cleaned was hdd Ed n they left.it was spotless and fresh. Very satisfied with the service….Hm

I appreciated that the ladies texted me so that I knew when they would arrive. They brought their own cleaning supplies. They were very efficient and worked nonstop. The end result is a very clean and tidy home. Counters and sinks sparkle. Celina and Antonia did an excellent job.
