The friendliness of the crew. They are always smiling and happy when they arrive. They work quickly. My husband and I leave for a quick errand or for coffee shop and they're always done when we return. I have two special needs children who make quite a mess. My husband and I make a mess ourselves. I have two jobs and my husband runs them to school, appointments and operates a home business. It's difficult to keep up with the cooking and cleaning. The crew manages to get through our awfully messy, very messy and disorganized and embarrassingly messy rooms. It's such a great feeling to come home to a clean home. Overall, my experience and satisfaction with the crew and Merry Maids have been outstanding! Thank you!

I think that the people you send are really nice and one in particular, Martha goes out of her way to make sure she says hello and chats a little bit before she starts her work. Your people are very efficient and if we want them to concentrate on a particular area they are always accommodating.

I like the service. As I have mentioned, I think they need to do an inspection. Trash and a bottle was left on the floor. Items were pushed in a corner on the bath sink. Trash was left by the back door.
