We love merry maids. We have been using them for a while. I made two recommendations and now both my friends use them. My only suggestion would be it would be amazing if they could move small things and clean under/around. The surfaces are clean but if you moved a plant or book it would be very dusty.

I don't know how but they managed to remove layers of grease from not only my stove top but the hood as well! Wonderful job! The ladies just went to work and left my home smelling clean for days! The two ladies who come to my house every week do an amazing job! They are very thorough in their work and take time to say hello and ask about my daughter. I am extremely comfortable having them in the house and go upstairs and work while they finish the downstairs and let themselves out. To date - I am extremely satisfied and happy with my Merry Maid team!

i am very pleased with the team that supports my account. they are extremely thorough and friendly. .... ONE thing i would like, if possible. can they text me the day of my cleaning to just confirm a time-frame? i sometimes work from home and i just want to make sure i am out of their way... and showered etc.. so i am not trying to get ready when they are here. :)

The two cleaners who came were very pleasant and did a very good job although they missed a couple of spots. They did an especially good cleaning of the carpets and shower curtain, and dusted the blinds as I asked them to.
