I like that my maids usually always pack up any trash in plastic bags to leave by my door entrance. Also, I appreciate the vacuuming and mopping.
The two women to cleaned my home were extremely courteous and very thorough in their work. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with their work. Will definitely be calling again.
Good cleaning
It's a very no-nonsense service.
The women are very nice and try so hard to do a good job. They rush like crazy to get done and out. Sometimes though the rushing causes them to bump the vacuum into the wall leaving chips in the paint.
Reliable, security-wise have not had any issues which is always a concern when one is not home. Friendly people.
I like that you always confirm appointments and specifically ask what time I would like the cleaning completed by. The only thing I would request is that a card be left indicating the cleaning had been done - I had used Merry Maids years ago on the Cape and the crew always left a card to let me know they had been there and also to give me the names of the crew so that I could provide specific feedback and compliments to the right parties.

It's more than the services and the products, although both are above average in my opinion. You have really good people who work for you. First name removed Lopez has been coming to my house for a very long time; she is professional, yet friendly; very reliable and trustworthy. Her team member Wendy, who I've come to know only recently, is also to be commended. So what I'm saying is: pay equal attention to your "human resources". They are your greatest assets.
