Dependable, friendly, courteous, and efficient. We are very happy. We would however, like a bit deeper clean. For example, things like vacumming behind furniture and/or dusting corners, wall board/trim, window sills, picture frames, etc..legs of chairs, underneath books and videos etc, but I will discuss that with the office st some point. All in all, Bravo!

I love the reminder/courtesy call that I usually get. For some reason I don't think I got one last time but that is the first time in about a year so I was not too worried. It was a pleasant surprise to come home and realize everything was clean - I just felt bad I forgot to leave a tip for the staff, so the reminders really help everyone I think!
