Overall they were great. In and out, and the deep-cleaned bathroom looks great. I dont think the "deep clean" on the fridge was worth $40 to be honest. I would have appreciated some more detail given to the couches (just vacuum the cat hair off of them), and I noticed both the TV and the windows weren't cleaned/wiped. We have a whole wall of windows, so I could understand that they didn't want to put in the effort to clean them, but that should be a pretty basic requirement of any cleaning service (windex the windows).

They do an excellent job of making everything clean and spotless. I would recommend this service definitely.

I have already filled out a similar survey, so forgive me if I'm repeating myself. I most appreciate your reliability and flexibility. In the over 20 years that I have been a customer, there was only one time that a scheduled cleaning was missed, and that was due to car trouble.

I love coming home to a clean house, which is always in order and smelling so fresh. Most of the time, I do not have a preference as to when during the day I get cleaned, since I'm away during the day. But when I had a special need to have the cleaning done by mid-day, that need was accommodated graciously and efficiently.

I would definitely recommend your cleaning service to others.

Maids are courteous, prompt, get right to work, clean quickly without a lot of foolishness or chatter, and they use cleaners that my allergies can tolerate if I need to work while they clean.
