As far as the products, they don't seem to be too harsh. Honestly, we can't smell them at all, but they must be effective cleaners because they seem to do the job.

I love the dependability and the fact that you will use products I have instead of your own when requested. Also, how you are so willing to work with me until we get all details of what I like in regards to housecleaning straightened out.
