Both the office staff and those in my home have always been very professional.
I have had a difficult 6 months, as I was diagnosed with non Hodgkin's lymphoma in June. I have had to change my usual cleaning day a few times, have had my sister stay with me for weeks,and all were very gracious about it. I have not said a thing to the folks at Merry Maids until now, but some of the little extra things they have done have absolutely made my day:. I was expecting some friends from out of town and had the sheets out to put them on my guest day bed and trundle bed ( both a real bear to put sheets on!) , and was planning to pace myself as I just did not have the energy to do all at once. When I came home the day the MM were scheduled and they had made up those beds for me I nearly cried with relief. ( making beds in NOT part of the usual service for me) . So it's not only the great job they do, but how nice they all are and the little things they do!

I love how they cleaned everything, and also took the time to organized! The whole house was sparkling :)

I really like The way you keep the woodwork and ceilings dust free. The extras like cleaning the fridge are a wonderful treat. Merry Maids are always friendly.

They ladies do a nice job and are always pleasant. Management is flexible when change is necessary.
