Merry Maids always have a "can-do" attitude. They appear to be un-fazed by spotted stainless steel, splattered microwaves, and drifting wisps of dog hair all over the floor. In fact, they often ask if there's anything additional I'd like them to clean. I appreciate this willingness to do what it takes to make the house look good. I also appreciate the cheerful cooperation I always get from the office when I ask to change my schedule around. That goes a long way in ensuring customer loyalty!

I don't really know the products, as I have yet to actually be home when the cleaning takes place, but my husband seems fine with it.

I appreciated how the girls wasted no time talking either to me or to each other. They seemed to have decided what areas for which each would be responsible and stayed to that. As for the products, I have no reason to believe but what they were the most appropriate.

One thing I was not expecting but found very reassuring was the representative of the business who came and inspected the work at the end of the day.
