I don't know what they are but they seem to be gentle not abrasive. Except for the kitchen sink cleaner, which seemed to be a little too abrasive and may have diminished the polish. I also like that they don't leave an overpowering bleachy smell.

Cleaning the high hard to reach places. I really like the extra cleanings. For example, cleaning the fridge. Merry maids are always very friendly.

Dependable, reliable, and most important, an excellent job of cleaning. It's great to come home to a clean house. And it's done professionally -- I've always said cleaning your own house is like cutting your own hair and complaining that it "just doesn't look right".

The girls are always so friendly and accommodating. The floor cleaner you use works well on the hardwoods that our dogs have worn down.

You help me get to those places I cannot reach or get to. I would like to see more services available, ie blinds and cleaning the tops of kitchen cupboards.
