However I need the ladies to clean my wood floors with My Bona and a steamer which they have skipped the last 2 times.

Please make a note of that!

The ladies who come always have a smile on their faces and get right to the cleaning. They do a great job and always ask if things are OK ? Molly is the team leader and she always remembers how things need to be done due to my health. I love the way my wood furniture looks especially as related to the products they use.

The teams that have come from the beginning to now, have done a great job! Most recently we have had some construction/repairs done and although I called ahead, to give a heads up, they did a fantastic job of cleaning the extra that had accumulated - it felt like our house again!

Jeanette has been doing our home for some time now and she does a great job, is very friendly and professional. The products do a fine job and they smell really nice.

The quality of service is unbeatable. We are in a small commercial building, but when Heather comes to clean she makes it feel like a home. She pays attention to the small details and is always friendly and prompt. Plus she leaves the place looking like an upscale office and we have visitors we receive compliments on our facility and how well kept it is.

I like the efficiency with which my house is cleaned! I just requested that the floors be done, the ceiling fans dusted and the bathrooms cleaned. She does an amazing job. The only thing I would request is that the hardwood floors under the beds and couch be attended to and I will ask her to do that next time she cleans. This is not something I have talked to her about, so it is on me!
