My gals do a great job on entire house. But I do not like some of the floor cleaners as they leave all floors very sticky and do not clean them well. I've asked that my floors be steam cleaned which was what I'd originally set up when I hired company on. It took some time to get several rooms with tile and the Pergo in living room clean, but it's better now. A couple that came when my regular gals couldn't come used vinegar to cut the dirt from floors.
I will say the products used to clean ovens is worthless. The maid ended up going over it twice but it did not clean absolutely anything and I went ahead and paid half of the charges simply for her effort. I ended up using my own cleaner and the oven now looks like it's new. That service is not worth the money.

Here's what you need to know about Merry Maids: my associate is PROMPT, CHEERFUL, CONSISTENT....and she loves my pets. Pretty sure they're working her over for treats when I leave! (which is not a problem)
