I just cannot seem to get my house as clean and fresh smelling and feeling as when y'all come and clean!

I LOVE COMING HOME TO A SHINY APARTMENT. THE TEAM DOES A GREAT JOB. THERE ARE MINOR THINGS THAT MIGHT BE PAID ATTENTION TO THOUGH--FOR INSTANCE, ONCE I COULDN'T FIND A STANDING ROTATING PICTURE FRAME THAT WAS ON A SHELF--IT HAD FALLEN BEHIND MY TV, AND THE MERRY MAID DID NOT GET IT. LAST MONTH, I COULDN'T FIND MY BOOK THAT WAS ON MY BEDSIDE TABLE----I FOUND IT UNDER MY BED. MY WINE RACK IS CLEANED AT THE TOP REGULARLY, BUT I HAD TO LEAVE A NOTE AND ASK FOR THE BOTTOM SHELVES TO ALSO BE CLEANED. THERE IS A RACK IN MY BATHROOM THAT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED---I HAD TO LEAVE A NOTE FOR THAT. THE LAST VISIT, I HAD TO LEAVE A NOTE SAYING "PLEASE CLEAN MY LIGHT SWITCHES AND MY HANGING PULL KNOBS"--THE LIGHT FIXTURES ARE CLEANED ALL THE TIME, BUT NEVER THE PULL KNOBS. BUT YES THESE ARE MINOR THINGS. I LIKE THAT I ALMOST ALWAYS GET A NICE "THANK YOU" NOTE FROM THE TEAM. THEY GIVE MY DOG THE SNACKS THAT I LEAVE. AND I HAVE A LOT OF KNICK KNACKS THAT NEED TO BE MOVED FOR DUSTING, BUT THEY ARE MOVED AND THE WHOLE SHELVES ARE CLEANED. AND EACH KNICK KNACK! SO THANKS!

I hired Merry Maids because I was moving out of my apartment, and the lease stipulated that I had to have it professionally cleaned on move out, but I was extremely impressed by the state of the apartment after the cleaning! It was definitely dirty, and the cleaners did an amazing job. I'm even thinking about hiring Merry Maids to clean my new place. Thank you!

Everyone does an EXCEPTIONAL job and pays close attention to details. They are very careful when they are cleaning so as not to break anything. All the staff members are pleasant and professional.

Carmen and Virginia are very thorough. I have three furry cats and the ladies do a fantastic job of dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floors, baseboards, corners; anywhere the cat hair accumulates. They even take the cushions off the couch and vacuum thoroughly!!! They also do a wonderful job with the bathrooms and kitchen. They sparkle and shine when I get home and there is very little of the overwhelming smell of bleach (which I do not like).I love coming home to a clean, vacuumed, cat hair free house! I know they do much more than I've mentioned; light fixtures, blinds, trash out.
I highly recommend Merry Maids. I have been more that satisfied for quoted some time now. Carmen and Virginia and very hard workers and just make my house glow! I am very lucky to have them!
