I particularly liked the customer service I received from the office. Having their Merry Maids' sales rep come during the cleaning to meet with me was a nice touch. I took one point off for a couple things the maids missed and will contact the offices shortly to discuss.

The team worked fast and did everything needed without me even having to tell them what do do....for instance, they cleaned the window sills and window fasteners, vacuumed under the sofas, and dusted the ceiling fans!
