I would like to see in the future a more pleasant smell in the home. But, if the products does not give a pleasant smell, the clean atmosphere is enough.

I like that the Merry Maids mops my laminate floor rather than just vacuums it.
She also wiped out the oven when I sprayed it the night before with oven cleaner.

Kristen ask gals what furniture polish they used this time as its far better and the bedroom wood is still glowing? It was a fill in gal that did it and it looks far better than before. The wood is still shiny and not blah like normally after 24 hours. Please have the regular crew use this technique/polish in future Definitely an improvement Merry Christmas to You and the Crew!!!

Good management, but communications are sometimes poor. For instance I have asked several times that the team leave all the lights OFF. We are often out of town for several weeks and when they leave lights on in my closet (always) or other rooms where the ceilings are very high, when we return home, those lights are burned out and need to be replaced. This is a great inconvenience for me and my husband as we are both over 65 and cannot climb a high ladder to change the bulbs so we have to call a service company to chafe out the lights. I have timers on outside lights and a few small lamps that I can easily access and those lights are on at night so there is no need for the team to leave any other lights on, but they always leave some of the lights on in our home when they leave. Please ask them again to leave ALL OF THE LIGHTS OFF. Thank you.
Most every team member is very professional. They are also good listeners to my requests. The cleansers are very mild in fragrance. And they do a thorough job.
I liked how thorough the team was. Sometimes it feels like cleaning crews do the bare minimum, but your staff went the extra mile. I also liked that the house smelled clean, but was not an overwhelming smell of lemon or ammonia, etc. like some cleaners
