My cleaning needs are not very arduous and I am happy with the cleanliness of my house when I get home on your cleaning days. I am very sensitive to products with strong scents and you use hypoallergenic products or products that do no have a strong or lasting smell. You also use the wood floor cleaning product recommended by the company who replaced my floors so that makes me happy, too.

I don't like your hardwood cleaner product - i provide my own.
Would like to have more attention to the grout lines in the bathroom floors - they are accumulating calcium buildup.
