Provide a form using specific Merry Maid terminology of services available; less room for misinterpretation of a customer note left for cleaners.

The floors looked great but slate tile didn't look touched in kitchen. Excellent job on closet mirror door. Tub not quite clean. Overall was still satisfied. Thanks!

I like that we have the same team leader each time. She is very friendly and pays close attention to detail. Also, the crew is always there when they say they will be, and they are very efficient. We are very happy with Merry Maids.
