The ladies have figured out how to arrive when I am not home--usually 8am to 2pm. And they clean well and don't leave any new mess. They always leave a nice note. If they break something, they leave it out and don't try to hide it. I like that I don't have to buy them cleaning supplies. TEhy are very reliable and don't seem to mind my dog. Altogether very worthwhile!

The crew that came the first time and this last time was great, very thorough and great attention to detail. The crew that came two weeks ago was OK but not as good as this last week.

I like it the smell and clean rooms. Sometimes they forget to flush the toilets and sometimes there is still hair in the corners of the bathroom. I think it is because of the rugs collecting the dirt and hair.

Carly and Amanda ('my' team) are amazing. They seem to do more than what they're supposed to in the time allowed and when they leave, my house looks and feels so fresh and clean.

Also, I recently referred Merry Maids to a friend, but unfortunately she lives in Littleton and could not be helped by the Lakewood office. It appears that the Littleton office staff was not willing to work with my friend in terms of her needs. She will NOT be employing that Merry Maids service.

Merry Maids commits to the cleaning day schedule we have agreed upon. Their cleaning techniques are top quality. Merry Maids provides their own equipment and products. They changed a product because we didn't care for the product's fragrance. If we ever have a concern about the service or need to add a cleaning task we can call the local office and management makes the necessary arrangements to our complete satisfaction. We appreciate Merry Maids' professional and friendly staff.
