I really like the overall service provided - a reliable service with thourough cleaning each service date.. I also like the fact that I can customize as needed. I do like that natural cleaners are used, but I would like a stronger scent of clean (I know when my apartments been clean, I just like the smell of clean).
It was my first experience, but very satisfactory.
