Very though people and always polite and cheerful. Are not nosy. Products smell good. (I don't know what they are)

Merry Maids keeps my house clean without any hassle. The products aren't harsh chemicals at all and my husband who has asthma and many allergies has no problems. Getting Merry Maids was the smartest thing I did for myself.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I spoke with a representative and went over all the details that I expected for
a post construction clean-up. At first, the house appeared clean, but upon further investigation, it was clear that many, many areas
we're not. As a result, I ended up spending three days deep cleaning the house before our furniture arrived. I called
to request a partial refund, but was denied. Very disappointing since I had hoped to use their service on a regular bases.

I appreciate the phone call the day before a cleaning is scheduled to let me know the time the cleaners will arrive and I like having same cleaners each time. Angel is a peach!
Also it makes me feel comfortable to know that if something is not done to my satisfaction (and that has not happened to date), I can just call and request a redo.

The services are consistent. The products are working well and there is little I walost but now am found any smell.

Most teams are great - of course we miss Kim. I think the dusting could be better. I like that the house does not smell like chemicals when the team has finished.

Cleaning crew did a great jobless my house! And the window guys were great too. Both teams of workers were thorough and professional. My home looks great for our wedding ceremony tomorrow. I'm totally happy with the results and I'd definitely recommend Merry Maids to friends and relatives.

All is well. It's hard for me to rate something when I have no basis on which to compare - I've never used a different cleaning company, and I know nothing about the products you use.

When Shelli finishes our home, in is sparkling clean and smells great. I cannot say enough about Shelli herself. She is professional in every way and works to make the home just the way you want it. I can no longer clean but Shelli cleans to make the home as spotless as I would myself. Shelli is a great asset to Merry Maids.

I think the price is too much for what I get. While I am way more happy with the work since switching from We'd to Thursday the gals are only here an hour or less and for what they do I feel $140 is a lot.

Merry Maids is consistently efficient. My house is always clean after they leave and I have more time to accomplish my other work. They really make life easier.
