It’s the only exercise program that could possibly work for me because the “green line” constantly challenges me and reminds me of what I am capable of doing. The trainers are great too. I actually look forward to my sessions (and that is a bit if a miracle in itself!!!)

Only a few clients at a time which I especially appreciate during Covid times...as well as winter illness season in general. I GREATLY appreciate that the staff (at least) wears masks and I hope they will continue to do so.

I like the closeness of the studio to my home. I like all of the coaches! I like being able to work my muscles in only 20 minutes per day and feel like I’ve accomplished something.

I'd like to provide this feedback on the what I don't like.
There has been someone scheduled ahead of me, and she frequently runs late (I was told she arrives late). Due to the back to back scheduling, I think it would be appropriate to eliminate an exercise (or two) in order to have her be finished on time. I showed up late one time and this is what the trainer did, which was completely appropriate. I'd like to see this communicated to all clients and consistently done by the trainers.

The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and amazing. Where else can you go to work out 20 minutes two time a week and still feel like you are getting a good work out. The 20 minutes just zips by. Your muscles and body feel amazing.
