In addition to the compassion, kindness and knowledge of the trainers, it is so rewarding to see measurable results. The equipment (and trainer!) make it simple to push a bit harder each time to improve your strength, stamina and ultimately, your health. All in a very clean and safe environment. Easy in, easy out—no circling the lot for a parking space, standing in line or finding a locker. The two 20-minute workouts are highlights of each week!
