The studio is small, clean, and comfortable! I also like that there is ample parking, close to the building. The staff at Eden Prairie are wonderful. Everyone is encouraging, knowledgeable, accommodating to my needs due to injuries, and very personable!
I only wish the studio was in closer proximity to my home. Other than that, I love The Exercise Coach and highly recommend it!!

It’s hard to fathom that I would previsously spend hours each week at the gym, and the outcome was “just okay.” Only 40 minutes weekly, and I’m stronger, have more stamina, and much less jiggle...I’M SOLD!!
personal trainers are very nice and very aware of any problems. I like the time frame which is very fast to get through all of the exercises. Love the prigram.
I like the 1:1 training and that I’m seeing results in 2- 20 minute sessions a week. This is my 6th week so I’m looking forward to seeing a status report that shows my progress.

Excellent strength training via controlled and computer monitored resistance for various muscle groups that is supported by the pleasant, professional, and attentive coaching staff. Exercise protocols are established and periodically adapted to what the client is seeking for muscle development. All very personal. The studio itself is bright, open, clean, and the sessions are scheduled so that there is never a wait to get a workout accomplished. Online booking of the 20 min blocks is easy and I really appreciate the flexibility to find the "right time" that fits for my day. Tim B

I like the friendly staff a lot. They make me feel welcomed and are cheering for me even if I am not working with them that day. They are practical about my abilities but yet challenge me to get a good work out in. While I am working out they are encouraging and supportive and I know they have my best interests in mind. They are always asking me questions about the workout, how am I feeling, how does my body feel, and what things we should stay away from based on that. They hold me accountable and the environment is good.
I love my trainer, Caroline and the fact that I can get in and out of the studio in 20 minutes.

I like that the studios are small and everything is personalized. Having the trainer there walking you through everything is great. The technology is excellent I can feel my muscles being worked harder in less time than when I used to go to a traditional gym.

I've said it before, but the Coaches continually adapt my workout to match what is happening in my life. By that I mean if I have an injury, they adapt. If I'm feeling better than usual, they encourage me to do my best. The personal touch means everything to me and it's what keeps me coming back.
