A quick in and out. Very flexible times. A last minute call can usually find a time slot within an hour or two.\
I am not looking for a fast path to a super body. I want it slow and and smooth without too much pain, I am allowed to go at my chosen pace. Though it is a slower path than most would choose I can still see signs of improvement throughout my body and am pleased.

I like that it takes only 20 minutes to accomplish so much.
This program is highly personalized based on your individual strength levels and goals. The coaches get to know you and provide ongoing encouragement, intervention and support when you need it for continued progress. I like the computerized tracking for immediate feedback.It is both motivating and rewarding to actually see your efforts are making a difference!

Love the atmosphere. Always upbeat and helpful. It never seems like the coaches are too busy to stay on top of everyone's progress. I also love the fact that I can be in and out in under 30 minutes and yet still feel like I got a workout.

I love this whole program! It's perfect for me at my age. I like the High- intensity, low impact, and the best part is the workout only lasts 20 minutes. The studio is very bright and clean and the trainers are all fabulous!
The Exercise Coach is life changing and an incredible place to gain your life back to enjoy the quality of life we all deserve. It is a laid back studio that allows for an individual to work as hard as they are able to achieve the desired fitness results. The staff is professional and focuses on helping all achieve goals they desire.
