I like that people that go there are similar in age. The coaches are friendly. I feel good after i leave there knowing that I'm doing something for myself and can do it in only 20 minutes

intimate, family atmosphere
Very clean studio, impressively trained staff and it's great to get a very effective workout in 20 minutes. I am 71 years old and suffered a fractured back then a stroke this spring and spent 3 months laid up and basically lost most of my strength. Amazed in a short period of time how much I have gained back. Look forward to making continued progress. I highly recommend!!

The coaches are very friendly and fun. They encourage you but they also push you! Love that you feel like you have worked out a whole lot longer than 20 minutes. Fits into my schedule very nicely. Staff is also very knowledgeable and care about the clients.
Very clean studio. Very well trained trainers that develop a plan to meet your individual fitness needs. I was skeptical that it was possible to gain strength in 20 minute workouts but pleased to say I was wrong and amazed how much strength I have gained since starting. It is great to gain strength in a safe environment under professional supervision especially for someone like me at 72 years old. This is the best decision I have made since retiring to feel younger and enjoy life again.
