The staff and how I’m definitely getting stronger

The passionate and supportive staff have guided me to achieve amazingly better results in 40 minutes per week than I ever experienced going three hours each week to the gym. The personal attention, limited time commitment, plus the science behind this break-through exercise, make each visit enjoyable and difficult to skip. Each machine focuses on specific muscles, so the routine can be customized to focus on your specific area. I’m a “long hauler,” thanks to the excellent staff and continued results with minimal time involved.

Small Studio - standing appointments -

Small , clean, nice music, private studio, with no "gym rats or meat heads" to make me feel uncomfortable. Knowledable coaches who are meeting me where I'm at on my exercise journey and able to work around injury. Quick workout. Ai equipment that pushes a little harder each time to increase the weight, fun almost game like equipment.

What I like about the exercise coach and its approach of working with a trainer every single time is the ACCOUNTABILITY it renders. I cannot tell you how many times I did not want to get up and workout in the early morning; tired and thinking it wasn't going to be the best workout (and sometimes it wasn't). The staff is always encouraging - especially on the aforementioned days. I believe that the folks at E.C. hire positive individuals and their manager (Suzanne) at the Eden Prairie location leads and supports a company culture of positivity and passion

Staff, efficient use of time, and hopefully it’s effective because I like the 20 minute sessions twice a week commitment.

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Always guiding me to get a better workout and attentive to my needs. Who would think that two twenty minute workouts a week would help you lose weight, build muscle strength and love yourself better.

This program works.

The coaches are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and every one of them is a pleasure to work with. The machines are fun to use and I can feel myself getting stronger as well as track it on the computers.

I like the friendly staff, the individual attention (even in group workout setting there aren't more than 3 clients to 1 instructor so it feels very personalized). I also love getting in and out in 20minutes - that's made all the difference in my attitude toward working out - I don't feel like I have to dedicate hours a week to being inside at the gym, or choose between working out and something else. I can easily fit it into my day and do everything else I need or want to do.
