They where very professional, fast, and helpful! We had to get some decal installation done quickly and they were so helpful on making it happen.
Hello! Just to provide some honest feedback, there were a couple areas that could have been improved. Our team had some difficulty with consistent communication prior to our event date, and then an update to the order that we did discuss at length was not reflected in that which was delivered. Your team did make the order whole - quickly - but our timeline for applying the floor clings was short, and we ultimately did not get to use all of the clings delivered late. Finally, one of our wall clings (in the skywalk) started to peel off after one day and had to be attended to by hotel staff. That said, your team was still wonderful to work with onsite and helpful whenever possible.
