My issues are not related to the quality of work, timeliness or customer service, all of which were great.
My issue on the price difference between initial guesstimate and legitimate estimate were quickly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction, so that’s a positive.
My bigger issue and this is more a learning for myself is that I sent an example of the size I needed and the final result was half the width (matched the estimate, don’t get me wrong). If I’d known better the size I needed beforehand, I would have cleared up the size on the estimate and asked for a revised cost, since I actually needed a banner twice the size! However, that would have meant a significant increase in cost and the event size can’t afford that yet. So, this is a case of “operator error,” but it was good for me to learn!

flow of communication is rough, I dont understand or agree that we must agree to a price before we see artwork? dont understand how a price can be genarated untill artwork is agreed to.
