What I don’t like is the lack of communication between the office and me when changes are made.
The women or young girls that come are very friendly and helpful. They do the job pretty much really well and if they get finished before their time is up, they sit and talk to me for a while.

Only reason the overall score is 9 is because the front office communication is sometimes bad. For instance it took me 3 different ways of communicating to cancel a session.
The woman helpers are very friendly and like to assist as well as being someone my Mom can talk to.
