I love that our helper has had some great experience, education, and training. She has given us great ideas as problems with our loved one have come up.. She is kind and respectful and has good common sense. She keeps us well informed and does not wait to be asked to do what is needed during her time. I totally trust her. I also appreciate those who man phones, develop scheduling, and stay in touch with us. I like that both our Senior Helper and your staff are so responsive and flexible. We feel our helper is like family. For all of that we thank you.
