After a little bit of a bumpy start, we were able to have the same caregiver assigned to help with my sister's many changing needs. Our caregiver understands my sister's needs & is able to adapt & recognize even subtle changes in her from day to day. They have developed a routine & my sister looks forward to her caregiver coming each day & sometimes upset when she doesn't come on weekends.
