Giver is always on time, very friendly and efficient and a big help to my husband and me.

The Senior Helper is reliable and provides excellent care for my spouse. He looks forward to her visits and she keeps his mind busy with games that he enjoys and pleasant conversation.

I like that You all have a owner that knows how to organize his company. And is a good Man. He's on top of things and he's very professional at his job. The caregiver that you sign to my mother to take you good care of her, it's so good at her job she's very phenomenal awesome sweet sincere interacts with my mother everyday. And my mother loves enjoys her very much and that's important to our family. These days it's hard to find a good caregiver that knows her things and knows what to do when she comes to work and doesn't have to be told what to do. You have to be picky who you hire you can't just hire anybody to fill in the missing places. Some of these girls just take it just for the money not for the good care. I've done this kind of work it's not about money to me it's about giving great care get along with the family getting along with the patient getting good personal care in Iraq with her talk with her read the newspaper read a book exercise with her do whatever you can to make that patient happy and good care. I have been a customer for several months now and I like the service but I have some problem with my helper "

Well the big problem is I don't think it's right when you have someone call in an hour or two hours before they have to be at work I think you guys need to set a time like by 7:00 or 8:00 for them to call because then when you call the family you don't have a backup and it's a disappointment and then you have the family taken care of the family member. And that's very upsetting I think it's wrong. But any kind of Home Health everybody should have a backup taking care of somebody and that's my straight opinion

The Senior Helpers take the time to get to know their clients and their needs, likes and dislikes. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, felt comfortable and pampered by his Senior Helper companions, and I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to meet occasional unexpected changes in our schedule.

You always have somebody here, you respond quickly. The caregivers have been very attentive to my needs.

Barbara has saved me in lighting up the room/house 2 or 3 days a week and has worked hard with First name removed to do things rather than just sit and watch TV. They walk in good weather, they paint, do puzzles and has actually helped her to finish Sudoku puzzles.
So what has Senior Helpers done for me is to take charge of B and worked with her and she seems to have stabilized and now with Kristie coming on board, RN, we will get another view and am sure it will help her physically!

You have brought my family two ladies that are stabilizing B and takes a lot of pressure in taking care of B.

The people who have been coming to our house have been very caring, helpful and kind.

I think Senior helpers, is the best care given agency in overland Park. They have a great staff that they have working for them. The most 2 people that impress me the first day she came to our house is Teresa. She was very smart respectful and she cared. Jeff the owner came over and introduced himself, was just and amazing person! Dress very professional, and he great at his job.
