I love your style! It’s not so difficult that it wears me out but I feel like I got a good workout. I like that Core 1 is slightly warm but if I want heat I can do Core 2. I love that you do the same poses over and over so I can get good at it. I like the studio space. I like the instructors. The last class I did she was very spiritual and inspirational. It’s the only yoga place where I look forward to going back. I will be back next week.

Energetic instructors, great space, variety of class times and types.

Suggestions: Clean and disinfect weights and blocks and floors after each class, especially during flu season.
Also would be a nice touch to provide icy cold lavender-scented washcloths at end of class.

I LOVE the sculpt yoga class! It is a perfect mix of yoga cardio and a de-stress at the end. i love it!

I loved the location of the Corepower in Brentwood. The entrance was a little hard to find since it was in the back, but I managed. The studio itself was clean and I was greeted by Chelsea. I thought the class itself was alright. Not a huge fan of the music selection.

The classes you offer are great and every instructor I've tried is amazing.

Core Power classes are always inspiring and you will leave feeling a sense of accomplishment! They are intense and a great workout but you hardly notice since the time flies by. Will return any chance I get!
