I am totally new at yoga so I new a great deal of guidance all the way from what to wear, what to bring and especially what to do. Did I mention that I am over 60 - so the "what to do" is very important to me. Well I am off to a good start thanks to the help and encouragement of the instructors and I plan to keep at it and see how far I can get.

The yoga intructors at the CPY in Brentwood, TN actually want to be there. It's so obvious they are driven to help others better themselves. They work you hard, that's what your paying for

I think the studio is absolutely beautiful. I have been to three different classes so far with three different instructors, and all have been the perfect balance of challenging but not in the least bit intimidating. It is such a positive and uplifting atmosphere and I have already recommended it to four different people! The 7 day free trial is an EXCELLENT way to get people in the door. Thank you for offering such an amazing experience! I am so glad we finally have a Core Power in Nashville :)

The studio was great, and the staff was awesome. It was a little difficult to find the studio in the strip mall since there was no signage facing the main road. Overall, I had a great time!
