I really liked the studio and I thought the class was challenging and invigorating. The teacher was friendly and encouraging. It is a little bit far from my house but I will be back.

The instructors are so fun! And very kind. I love going there, they are super informative and the classes are challenging! Even though I haven't practiced in a while and am a bit out of it, I struggle in the classes sometimes, but the instructors are so encouraging! :)

I've been coming routinely for a few months now. Love the variety of classes and most of the teachers, which I've taken most so I know what classes I like and those I need to avoid due to the teacher or the level being too challenging.

I will tell you this, I brought a friend to a class and she did not feel like the studio vibe was at all what you come to practice yoga for. She felt the person at the front desk was very rude as well and the tone of that same teacher in the class...just not what she was typically accustomed to. Unfortunately her first time was not a good first impression and she won't be back.

Good selection of times for classes.

I have been to 2 classes now (through ClassPass). I appreciate the location of the studio (about 10 mins from my home) and the cleanliness of it. More importantly, I love how challenging the classes are. I have been to yoga classes all over the city and feel that this is one of the most challenging studios I have been to. Also - kudos on the shower facilities; they are very clean and nice and allow me to get ready for work in the morning.

It's a great new location in a super convenient area (for me, as I travel often to Tennessee for work). The instructor (Chelsea) was fantastic, one of the best I've had at any CPY.

I love the hot yoga classes. I am interested in trying the sculpt. The showers and other facilities are a huge draw! I am very excited for a corepower to be in Nashville!

Every yoga class says "this is your practice. This is the first time I've felt completely comfortable acknowledging my limitations and focusing on the practice, not just trying to keep up.

I like the cleanliness of the studio and the locker rooms with the showers.

Instructors are talented and energetic. My only request is to finish on time as I typically am on a call at the top of every hour.

I absolutely love the studio and the teachers. I definitely have my favorites, but every teacher I have taken from is really knowledgeable and great. Both studios are awesome and always clean. The bathrooms, showers, and locker space are great as well!!

The class was great! The instructor was hands-on, informative, positive, and challenging! The atmosphere of the gym was amazing and the showers and locker rooms are so impressive!

I love the studio and how it's laid out. It's very clean in the locker rooms. Also your teachers are helpful but do not over talk during sessions.
