I love the teachers at the Brentwood Studio: Christina, Tobi, Danielle, Sarah in particular. The sculpt classes I attend are high energy and well thought out and challenging. The C2 classes are challenging and also well thought out. I like a challenging class, the different spins on a class different teachers use, and the good playlists the teachers create. At least the classes I choose to attend:)

The sense of community core power yoga Brentwood has is so welcoming. Accessibility to all. Being part of something that helps elevate us all together and as individuals!

I loved the friendly environment right from the welcome! There seems to be a strong community of yogis who all know each other and care about wac other. Even to me, who was totally new, teachers and participants were very friendly saying “hi” right away and wanting to know my name.

I also liked how the teachers give a solid structure, but also give room to make the practice my own by allowing and encouraging variation s among students. They said, “ nice choices” as students did different variations.

Great people, welcoming atmosphere and culture. I feel comfortable going at my own pace and love every minute of my classes.

I LOVE the yoga sculpt class and all the teachers. I leave feeling like I had an amazing workout every time. I love using the weights, the combo of yoga and cardio, and the detox I feel from sweating out everything in the heat.
