Love yoga sculpt
I started taking Joanie's class in the beginning of January every Tuesday night with a friend at the Flatiron NYC location, and it's become a core part of my routine. It helps grounds me for the week. I really enjoy her style of teaching and guidance, and her playlists are always so fun. I hope to continue attending her classes!
The studios are clean, welcoming, and sound systems are fantastic. The instructors always bring energy and have alternate routines/play lists - every session feels like a new experience.
This studio has such a warm and welcoming community. yoga instructor today is Lizz and she’s friendly to new students. This community events they host are such a great way to connect with others and deepen my practice.

Truly 10/10 experience! I have learnt a lot about yoga through these classes. They are enjoyable, relaxing and challenging at times and it feels like I'm always learning something new in class.

Loving it! I think the sculpt and C2 / strength classes are amazing. My one dissatisfaction is the price. I think $260 for a membership is a lot. Chelsea Piers & Exoqix have an entire gym with various yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, reformer, cycling, swimming, boxing, etc for the same price.
It’s a lot of money to flush out for just minimal classes you offer.
