Great flow, strong but so calm. Everything I want from a CorePower class! Lydia was great. Solid flow, gently introduced optional variations (birds of paradise etc well).

I think the teachers are all great and I love all of the modifications they offer. The classes are challenging yet manageable.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The studio was clean and facilities were well stocked. The class was fun, challenging and a workout. The instructor gave us lots of options for all levels. I've already sent the Black Friday offer to a couple of friends who would be interested in trying out one of your classes. Also, I was a bit sore the next day so I knew I was getting a workout and using muscles I haven't in a while.

The space was incredible. The music stopped working in the beginning of class so we had to stop for a portion. Afterwards we quickly got back into it. The teacher seemed to be new.

The welcome. You are invited in and attended to. Not made to stand in the corridor and watch others assisted, like a farm scare crow. You are spoken to, not talked down on. Patience and kindness was shown to me. I appreciated that a lot. The class also had good music and fellow classmates are considerate of each other and answer when spoken to. Not turn away or grunt. I mightily enjoyed the Tribeca location.
I love park slope location, staff is friendly, space is clean. I love the energy in every single class.

The Core power place is exceptional, featuring highly professional yoga instructors.
The environment is pristine, and the facility offers shower rooms for the members after practicing the heated yoga. I love this amazing place.
Isabel offers a wonderful variety of weight options and exercises in her Yoga Sculpt class. Will surely return.
I have never taken a CorePower class before but I WILL be taking one again! I didn't expect the heat or pace but once I got the flow down it was just the right amount of challenging but doable. Bella was such a ball of energy and was definitely the main reason I was able to keep going. I was definitely sore the next day but I could feel muscles I didn't even remember were still there (and might not even have been there before)!

Heather Tom was wonderful! Her class was great and she gave great modifications! Not just a great stretchy feel class but also a strengthening class :)
It’s all about the teacher and the music. I love his classes because the music is mellow. No lyrics.
