It's way too hot in there, like to the point where i had to stop multiple times to catch my breath. otherwise the classes are great

The instructor was very nice, the facilities were very clean and had pretty much everything you could need, and the class was challenging while not making me feel like I was in over my head, the modifications were very helpful!

Loved Jada’s C2 class at the East Village! I could feel how intentional she was with guiding the cues that people needed verbally and with assists. Felt like a very grounded relaxing practice and it brought me a lot of peace.
Very convenient, more available classes and 6am or 6:30 is great!

Wow! This class was soooo intense! It had everything. Strength training, flexibility/ stretch through yogic sequences, cardio. I finished completely detoxed. 10/10 recommend. Best class I've done in a while.
