it’s a great place and the teachers are so nice especially the class I went to last week on Friday. Myra was excellent. The only thing I don’t like is I wish it had a separate male and female walker. I kind of feel uncomfortable having men change right next to me….
Flow was just the perfect amount of low intensity while still breaking a good sweat. And Ria was the sweetest :)
Absolutely! Emily Lundy is an amazing/high energy instructor who made the class challenging but fun and accessible for all.
Great energy and instructors
Loved Herb's energy, class was well paced and his modifications were very helpful. He was able to teach a diverse group really well with warmth and humor. Have enjoyed the Core Power program at three different studios, I recommend the brand to anyone interested in trying Hot Yoga.

The staff is very friendly, the flows are great, and the facility is clean.
Love Core Power!!! The only thing is that the mats can be slippery sometimes so maybe updating new mats with better grip?

Such a great location for a studio! Everything is so clean and new and everyone is so nice!
Since the studios are on the smaller side, they do tend to get extremely hot. The sculpt classes I’ve taken recently have gotten up to 102° which is really uncomfortable for the intensity of the workout but that’s my only critique!
