I Had an Amazing Time. MARIANA V. was the best Class Instructor of the day. The work out was so intense working on exercises that requires to use your body weight. It was such a challenge for me! I would definitely continue attending yoga Sessions.

Great instructor
Emily S was such a great instructor! She immediately made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time taking a CorePower class and guided our group through the workout with ease and energy! Plus the music was soooo fun 😍

Great instructor, perfect heat level. loved the class, flow and excercises. It does smell like feet however, especially the mats.
Absolutely love the CorePower Yoga studio at Rockefeller Center! The space is always spotless, the staff is super friendly, and it has such a welcoming vibe. I’ve especially enjoyed the candlelit Yoga Sculpt classes with Adeline—she brings the perfect mix of energy and calm, and it’s such a great way to unwind while getting a serious workout. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a positive, clean, and motivating place to practice!
