It’s very dynamic. The recent classes i have taken move through challenging poses, which I love, but also find time for more meditative movements. The classes strike a nice balance in this regard. I like how they set and intention at the start and we bring it back to that intention at the end.

What is not working is the carpet. We need new flooring. It’s been cleaned but that’s not working. It gets wet from the showers, there are stains etc. New flooring is needed!
UWS is the best CPY studio.
