Great studio and fabulous instructors.
Upper west CPY is my favorite studio in the city! I think it has the best/hardest classes, and the rooms feel warm and cozy.
I love the sculpt class, I'm there every day. One recommendation is to change up the stretching at the end of the class. I went to the Stretch Lab last week for an event and it inspired me to write this message to you. There's so much you can do with stretching to make it interesting, instead of the same stuff every time. Or there are multiple apps that the instructors can get inspired from. Thanks!

The instructors are fantastic. With my work schedule my regular visits are Monday and Friday and I look forward to that hour so much. I feel so good and so much better than I had been feeling.
