I love corepower. I do wish the uws studio was updated like some of the other studios in nyc. It is well loved…and has a great community, but could be nicer.
It will always be the instructors for me. All are kind and supportive. Although I do admit -- I miss Dustin Maxwell.

Love Yoga Sculpt, Im always recommending it. I would suggest a little more consistency across teaches as I feel like some of them I can do rather easily and in others I almost pass out
Great studio and fabulous instructors.
Upper west CPY is my favorite studio in the city! I think it has the best/hardest classes, and the rooms feel warm and cozy.
I love the sculpt class, I'm there every day. One recommendation is to change up the stretching at the end of the class. I went to the Stretch Lab last week for an event and it inspired me to write this message to you. There's so much you can do with stretching to make it interesting, instead of the same stuff every time. Or there are multiple apps that the instructors can get inspired from. Thanks!
